Set in the heart of rural Devon at Hittisleigh Barton, The Oak Barn is a charming new wedding venue with miles of enchanting countryside at its doorstep.
The venue comprises a cluster of traditional buildings including a medieval farmhouse, 18th century cob farm buildings and a barn, which has been converted by local craftsmen using traditional materials. It is the perfect setting for a ceremony or reception with its magnificent medieval style hall, which will seat up to 90 guests.
Overlooked by the medieval parish church of St Andrews, the farm features landscaped gardens with lawns, terraces and views across lush rolling hills. An idyllic backdrop for any type of wedding – from a sophisticated celebration, to a relaxed and coolly creative party. The Oak Barn is a licensed venue for all civil ceremonies and services can be held in the main chamber.
