To blend seamlessly with our reception and banqueting facilities, we are licensed to conduct civil wedding ceremonies.

Essex County Council granted approval for Saxon Hall to be used for civil ceremonies & partnerships under the 1949 Marriage and 2004 Civil Partnership Acts. Our Wedding facilities are approved by Rochford Registry Office.

Our Essex Suite is situated on ground level and can accommodate up to 140 for a civil ceremony. Panelled in oak the room gives a bright and welcoming atmosphere and creates an ecclesiastical feel. It also benefits from a sound system where we can play music of your choice for the ceremony.

The Maplin Suite also situated on the ground floor can accommodate up to 100 guests. It also benefits from a sound system where we can play music of your choice for the ceremony.

Our new Jubilee Suite, offering the latest in luxury dining and banqueting opened on August 1st 2012, and offers an outside landscaped area for you and your guests to enjoy.
