Congratulations - you're getting married! And so begins the countdown to one of the most important days of your life. It's a special day and we know you want it to be perfect. 

Steeped in history, Hotel Cromwell, Stevenage is an elegant and charming building which dates back to the 16th century. It is the perfect wedding venue, located conveniently in the heart of the historic Stevenage Old Town and with its own car parking facilities.  We are only a 5 minute drive to the nearest motorway and train station and we are a short walk into the town centre.

The hotel has recently undergone a huge refurbishment and has been transformed into a beautiful wedding venue. 

We are pleased to be able to offer civil ceremonies for up to 120 guests in our Cromwell Suite and Wedding Breakfasts’ for up to 150.  In the evening we can cater for up to 200 guests.

Our Cromwell Suite opens out onto a pretty garden area, ideal for photos and your drinks reception.

For your guests we have 77 en-suite bedrooms and we are pleased to offer a special rate for your guests staying with us.

We can also cater for the smaller wedding or civil ceremony too in our attractive Bourchier Suite, which can cater for a maximum of 50 guests.
