Highfield Hall is a family run traditional Georgian country house hotel specialising in weddings and family occasions.
Offering exclusive use, and a range of rooms licensed for ceremonies, including the garden, Highfield Hall provides an ideal location for any weather.
Specialising in weddings and civil ceremonies we have gained a lot of experience in all types of weddings.
We have helped with small or large wedding parties from 15 to 170, helped couples of all ages, nationalities, cultures, and have gained experience with same sex marriages, and civil partnerships.
With picturesque gardens and outstanding views across the Welsh countryside, including views of Moel Famau, Highfield Hall provides the perfect venue for your special day. The gardens offer a splendid backdrop for your special photographs, as well as providing an ideal secluded safe area to relax and socialise or for children to play.
Licensed for ceremonies both inside and outside, Highfield hall provides the opportunity to plan for a garden wedding, but with the comfort of knowing if the weather is unsuitable there is a choice of inside rooms providing a wonderful room for your ceremony as a back-up.
Having exclusive use of the hotel including the gardens and the bedrooms you can use the hotel as your home knowing no other guests will arrive, but in the knowledge that we will be there to help make your wedding dreams become a reality.
We offer a wide range of menu options but very popular is a traditional sit down meal, which is cooked using meat and vegetables from local suppliers with many items such as soups, sauces, gravies etc made on the premises, allowing each wedding party to individualise their menu to suit their own tastes.
We also offer afternoon tea, BBQ's, picnics, hog roasts, buffets, or suggest something more unique to yourselves as we are happy to discuss any ideas.
Located near Junction 33a off the A55 in the picturesque village of Northop, just 15 minutes from the walled city of Chester ,25 minutes from Liverpool, and only 10 minutes from the end of the M56 Highfield Hall is situated in an ideal location for people to travel to, but far enough away from the main roads to provide a secluded location, with picturesque gardens and wonderful views for a wedding.
