Heaton House Farm is a charming former dairy farm with a collection of stunning sandstone barns, which beautifully blends rustic charm with contemporary chic. This lovingly designed 'hidden gem', is hired as an entirety and offers exclusive use for a diverse range of wedding celebrations.

Its neutral decor and thoughtfully designed facilities elegantly compliment any wedding theme. The barns create a romantic ambience with pretty fairy lights, glittered hearts and crystal chandeliers. Around the grounds farming paraphernalia and quaint traditional features provide the perfect backdrop for those rustic photographs.

Ceremony Options
There are four areas available for civil ceremonies/partnerships at Heaton House Farm:

The Oak Pagoda
If an outdoor ceremony is your preferred choice, you can marry under the stunning Oak Pagoda, looking out over the Cheshire Plains. Maximum capacity – 135.

The Entrance Barn
The Entrance Barn has hand crafted sandstone walls, with oak beams and twinkly lights offering a rustic, romantic indoor setting. Maximum capacity – 120.

Under the Pleats
The pleated area of Wedding Barn is a chic area with a neutral yet timeless decor that creates an elegant backdrop for any wedding theme. Maximum capacity – 200.

Under the Night Sky
For a dramatic ceremony you can marry underneath the night sky. The lights gently twinkle over you and your guests, making for an intimate setting. Maximum capacity – 350.

Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception
The wedding breakfast is held in 'Steele's Barn' a beautiful marquee style barn, which features state-of-the-art down lighting that can be colour coordinated with your wedding.

The evening celebrations take place on the dance floor underneath the night sky, with disco lights, lasers and bubbles, where a live band and DJ keep your guests entertained!

All of the barns have been carefully designed with full disabled access and child friendly facilities. It has under floor heating throughout and offers free parking and Wifi.

The venue do not sell packages, they create bespoke options based upon your requirements and can help if you in selecting suppliers.

Photo Opportunities
The venue is set within 165 acres of beautiful Cheshire countryside. Its picturesque views overlook the Cheshire Plains, Cloudside and Shutlingsloe. The North Lawn, where the Heaton House Farm tree sits, is an open area which is available for guests to enjoy, whether it be for your drinks reception or a spot of cricket!

There are private water gardens that are opened for you to have intimate photographs taken, away from your guests. It has a pretty landscaped garden, lily ponds and even a fun garden pod.

Preparation Room
The preparation room is a light and spacious space. It is available to the wedding party for hair and makeup and later becomes the Honeymoon suite. Its glamorous interior makes a beautiful backdrop for those treasured photographs.
