If you are considering a civil ceremony, our wedding licence will allow you to hold both your ceremony and reception with us allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day all under one roof.

From intimate receptions to grand occasions we will tailor our service to suit you and our wedding coordinator will help you to organise your special day.

Your Wedding Coordinator
We know that you will want to make your wedding day unique and special. Throughout the planning process our coordinator will provide you with assistance to ensure your day is perfect in every way.

We will help with as much or as little of the organisation as you would like, which can include stationery, flowers, wedding cake, photography, menus, drinks, music and entertainment. Our coordinator will be delighted to assist you in organising these or any other wedding extras just to add that something special to your day.

Your Ceremony
The Hallmark Hotel Aberdeen is licensed to hold a range of civil ceremonies. These are conducted in the close and intimate setting of our Bothy Suite, ensuring both you and those you have chosen to share your day with make memories you'll cherish for years to come.

Should you require more than 70 guests our Glengarry Suite can also be used for ceremonies.

Your Reception
Once you have said your vows and declared your love for one another, you and your guests will be welcomed to our Glengarry Suite for your wedding meal and reception. Whether it is an intimate wedding of family and close friends or a large celebration, located on the ground floor with its own private in room bar and large sprung dance floor we are sure you and your guests will have a day to remember.

Our wedding coordinator will help to advise you on the layout of the suite. As our room has no columns or pillars there will be nothing standing between your guests and those picture perfect Kodak moments.

Food is one of the most important aspects of any wedding reception and our chef will be happy to go through menu options with you and provide you with a menu tasting, ensuring that your chosen menu is prepared with care and style.
