Whether you envision a grand celebration or an intimate gathering, our variety of indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces ensures flexibility and character.

You may choose to exchange vows in our rustic barn, with panoramic windows that open out onto covered outdoor decking, or in the tranquil and historic non-denominational Clova Kirk, which seats up to 120 guests.

For lovers of the outdoors, we also offer dramatic backdrops like Loch Brandy, Loch Heath, or fields just across from the hotel — all framed by the wild Scottish landscape.

The barn is fully serviced: your venue package includes tables, chairs, heating, staffing, catering, cutlery, crockery and simple decoration, making planning smoother.

Reception spaces can accommodate up to 150 guests across dining and evening events.

With onsite accommodation for up to 88 guests (hotel rooms, steading rooms, lodges, and houses), your entire wedding party can stay onsite, immerse themselves in the scenery, and enjoy the celebration without worry.

We are proud to be flexible — adopt the wedding that fits you. For weekend weddings (April to October), we welcome a minimum of 70 daytime guests (50 in the winter season).

Midweek weddings have no minimum number of guests, making them ideal for more personal occasions. Our dedicated wedding coordinator will walk with you through every step, advising, coordinating, and helping you shape the day you’ve always dreamed of.
