Being a 12th Century castle set in 18 acres of lawns and woodlands, Best Western Walworth Castle Hotel is the perfect venue for your wedding reception. We are a family owned hotel operating under Best Western, so you are guaranteed a warm friendly welcome yet safe in the knowledge that high standards are met.

We have an excellent selection of menus to choose from, however there is also the option of discussing with our highly trained wedding planners a menu tailor made to your requirements.

We have a license for civil ceremonies and can host wedding anywhere from 2 to 100 guests. We also have 32 rooms in the hotel, many of which are four poster rooms, some of which incorporate double Jacuzzi baths. Viewing is highly recommended as there are some beautiful photo opportunities throughout the hotel. Located just outside Darlington we are ideally situated in the North East with access just 5 minutes from the A1.
