Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club is a beautiful country house hotel set at the heart of the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex.

Set in 186 acres of landscaped Sussex countryside, it is surrounded by immaculate lawns, secret gardens, lakes and woodland trails. It also has superb leisure facilities including an 18-hole, par 3, golf course and spa.

Ashdown Park has 106 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, each individually styled, including spacious master suites with four poster and king size beds, separate lounges and gorgeous views, which provide a luxurious retreat for wedding couples. We even have ground floor garden rooms that accommodate dogs so wedding guests don’t have to leave their four legged friends at home!

Ashdown Park is the perfect place to hold a memorable wedding, offering several options for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts from the beautifully converted chapel (the room below this is licensed for the wedding and the reception takes place inside the chapel), featuring stunning stained glass windows and working organ, to a licensed Summer House, overlooking the magnificent lake.

The hotel’s stunning setting offers a wealth of inspirational backdrops for photographs, including the lake with its cascading fountain and our secluded secret garden, which, although not licensed, you can have a blessing in.
