Oddfellows On The Park is a beautiful contemporary restoration of Victorian mansion, Bruntwood Hall. Licenced for civil ceremonies, civil partnerships and same sex weddings, it sits in the stunning 120 acres of mature woodlands, lawns and waterways of Bruntwood Park, Cheadle - close to the M56, Manchester Airport and Manchester city centre.
Oddfellows On The Park opened in 2017 after a meticulous two-year transformation of what was once a private Victorian home. The restoration process carefully remodelled the Hall making sure the wonderful Victorian flooring, fireplaces, staircases and ceilings were preserved and re-established. The interior design team then got to work, portraying the history and narrative of the building and it’s colourful past occupants through quirky, ingenious interior design touches throughout.
Weddings are held with panache, with an events team that are unrivalled in their organisation, passion and efficiency. Most weddings sit within the Parlor Rooms, custom designed event spaces with flexibility, a private bar area and outdoor access to a terrace that looks over the gentle sweeping lawns of the park. Weddings are also licensed for The Galloping Major, the restaurant that houses the dramatic former ballroom of the Hall, with gorgeous vistas over the park.
Exclusive use weddings are also popular, where guests can enjoy private use of the building including 22 individually designed bedrooms, bar and restaurant.
